Biography:
Billal is a former NCAA Division I student-athlete at the University of San Francisco with nearly 15 years of experience in elite youth soccer as a Director of Coaching and MLS-NEXT coach, spreading his influence across several key Bay Area academies & regions. He has also coached collegiately as an Assistant at University of California Berkeley, San Jose State University and St. Mary’s College of California (Men’s DI programs) and worked on the business side of Major League Soccer and the San Jose Earthquakes. He holds a United States Soccer Federation “B” License, National & Advanced National Diplomas with the NSCAA, and has completed advanced coach education residencies in Spain and England, with exposure to La Liga and Premier league Academy and First Team training environments.
